Who are we looking for? We are looking for an IT Vendor Management Specialist to be deployed at client sites, dedicated to supporting the maximization of commercial value and optimizing the financial efficiency of enterprise software licenses and core technology platforms. The specialist will engage directly with client organizations to manage the commercial lifecycle of software assets, support cost-reduction initiatives, and ensure robust financial chargeback and compliance operations are executed across all affiliate companies. Determined based on experience, skills, and other factors in accordance with company regulations. On a given day, an IT Vendor Management Specialist will: Manage the lifecycle of software licenses and subscriptions, including inventory tracking, renewals, usage monitoring, and optimization initiatives. Support commercial discussions and renewal processes with key software vendors to achieve cost-efficiency and business objectives. Coordinate the vendor relationships and act as a laison between internal stakeholders, Global Procurement (GP) and Legal, and external partners. Oversee the operational processes supporting the resale and external deployment of software platforms & tools. Ensure accurate processing, documentation, and compliance of software-related financial transactions, including quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and accounts payable activities. Manage and support chargeback, cost allocation, and centralized billing processes for internal platforms and services. Monitor compliance with software licensing agreements, contractual obligations, and internal governance requirements. Partner with Product Management and Engineering teams to assess platform enhancements and ensure alignment with licensing and contractual terms. Coordinate with corporate and affiliate organizations on billing structures, service agreements, and operational changes impacting software and platform management. Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of centralized processes, governance frameworks, and operational standards for software, licensing, and platform operations.
