Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Italian Cold Caller at WiseLex BPO Solutions. The Italian Cold Caller will make outbound calls to potential clients in Italian, introduce services, qualify leads, and schedule follow-up appointments or handoffs to the sales team. The role includes accurately documenting call outcomes, updating CRM or call logs, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality in all communications. The Italian Cold Caller will follow scripts and campaigns provided by management, adapt messaging to client needs, and collaborate with supervisors to improve call strategies and conversion rates. The position also involves meeting daily and weekly performance targets, participating in training sessions, and contributing to a positive, results-driven remote work environment.
Qualifications

• Strong Italian language proficiency (native or near-native) and good command of English for internal communication.
• Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or call center operations, with the ability to handle high call volumes and maintain professionalism.
• Effective communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and present services clearly and persuasively.
• Basic computer literacy, familiarity with CRM or call management tools, and ability to accurately record and manage call data.
• Proven ability to work remotely, manage time effectively, follow structured scripts, and meet performance targets and KPIs.
• Understanding of confidentiality, ethics, and data privacy best practices in customer communication.
• Prior experience in BPO, sales support, customer service, or multilingual environments is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, communications, or related fields is beneficial.
