Italian Sales Advisor - Remote Portugal

Are you fluent in Italian and looking for a 100% remote opportunity in Portugal?

Join an international team where you'll provide technical support to Italian-speaking customers while identifying sales opportunities and promoting the most suitable products and services. Previous sales experience is mandatory for this role.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
  
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions.
  
• Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services.
  
• Promote upgrades and additional solutions whenever appropriate.
  
• Handle account, billing and service-related enquiries.
  
• Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
  
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales targets.
  

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian and English (minimum C2).
  
• Previous sales experience is mandatory.
  
• Experience in Technical Support or a Contact Centre is an advantage.
  
• Strong communication, sales and problem-solving skills.
  
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology.
  
• Customer-oriented, target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: €920
  
• Language Allowance: €250
  
• Performance Bonus: up to €360
  
• Assiduity Allowance: €110
  
• Flex Work Allowance: €60
  
• Meal Allowance: €10.20 per working day
