Department: Grid Support & Data Services | Location: Luxembourg | Contract: Permanent | Job Requisition N° 20165 Your tasks You gather, analyse and prioritise business needs in close collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams You model business objects into conceptional and logical data models to support the roll-out of the data strategy You support the business in the setup of clear business definitions of the relevant data objects used across the company (Grid assets, Finance, Metering,…) You translate business requirements into clear functional specifications to support the design and implementation of IT solutions You map, analyse and optimise business processes to improve efficiency and align them with the company's strategy You coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), support go-live activities and ensure solutions meet business expectations You train and support end users, providing guidance and documentation to facilitate the adoption of new applications and functionalities You manage the lifecycle of business requests, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timeline and budget You act as the key interface between Business and IT, facilitating communication, decision-making and continuous collaboration You monitor and continuously improve IT-supported business processes while ensuring compliance with governance, service quality and business objectives Your profile University Degree in Information Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent You have first experiences in business analysis, data modelling and process modelling Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a high degree of self-motivation You show entrepreneurship and are results-oriented Strong analytical skills and a strong problem-solving ability You have effective verbal and written communication skills in English and French or German; Luxemburgish is considered as an asset What we offer The opportunity to join a Group that actively shapes the energy transition in Luxembourg and the Greater Region A multicultural and international working environment that encourages diversity and inclusion A competitive salary with many additional benefits (e.g. pension plan, additional health insurance, private parking, company restaurant, meal vouchers, car allowance, etc.) Continuous learning and development career path adapted to the needs of each employee Hybrid working mode with the possibility to work from home and 34 days off per year For external applications, a recent copy of the police record will be requested if you are invited for an interview.
