Ivy League & Top US Universities Admissions Expert

Study Abroad / Education Consulting | Remote | Part-time / Project-based

We are looking for an experienced US University Admissions Expert to join our education consulting team and work with ambitious students applying to Ivy League and other top US universities (T20).

We are looking for someone who understands that successful admission is not just about submitting an application — it is about building a strong, individual strategy around the student’s academic profile, extracurricular activities, personal story, essays and overall positioning.

What you will do

• Develop personalized admission strategies for students targeting Ivy League and T20 universities in the US
• Assess students’ academic and extracurricular profiles and identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities
• Build a realistic and strategic university list based on each student’s profile and goals
• Advise students on extracurricular activities, competitions, leadership, research, volunteering and other profile-building opportunities
• Guide students through the US application process, including Common App and university-specific requirements
• Advise on application timelines, standardized testing, recommendations, essays and other application components
• Review and provide strategic feedback on personal statements, supplemental essays and other written materials
• Help students develop a compelling and authentic personal narrative
• Communicate with students and parents and explain the admission strategy clearly
• Stay up to date with changes in admissions policies, requirements and trends at leading US universities
• Track application progress and ensure that key deadlines and milestones are met

What we are looking for

Required:

• Proven professional experience in US university admissions / college counseling
• Strong understanding of the admissions process at Ivy League and T20 universities
• Experience working with international students is highly desirable
• Deep knowledge of Common App and US university application requirements
• Strong understanding of holistic admissions and what makes a competitive applicant
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of student cases

A major advantage:

• Previous experience as a college admissions officer, university counselor or independent educational consultant
• Experience with successful Ivy League / T20 admissions
• Experience working with students from Ukraine or other international backgrounds
• Knowledge of SAT/ACT, AP, IB, A-Level and other international curricula
• Experience advising students on extracurricular and profile development
