Santenは、眼科医療に特化した130年の歴史を持つ製薬企業です。日本発のグローバル企業として60カ国以上に拠点を持ち、目の健康のために様々な革新的な治療法とデジタルソリューションを提供し、世界中の人々の視覚に関わる社会問題に取り組んでいます。 R&D Financeは、研究開発を財務面から支えるビジネスパートナーとして、予算策定、予実管理、財務分析を通じて研究開発活動を支援しています。日本および海外のR&D関係者と連携しながら、経営判断に必要な財務情報の提供や業務プロセス改善に取り組んでいます。グローバルな環境で、ファイナンスの専門性を活かしながら事業に近い立場で価値創出に貢献するチームです。 今回募集するポジションでは、主に以下の業務をご担当いただきます。 R&DパイプラインおよびR&D部門の予算・予測策定を支援する 研究開発費の実績をモニタリングし、予算・予測との差異を分析する 財務およびプロジェクトの状況を踏まえて差異要因を特定し、意思決定に必要な情報を提供する パイプラインおよびR&D部門の関係者に対し、ファイナンスビジネスパートナーとして支援を行う 研究開発費に関する会計業務をIFRSに基づいて遂行する 関連する業務プロセスやシステムの改善、簡素化および自動化を推進する -- R&D Finance serves as a finance business partner supporting research and development activities through budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Working closely with R&D stakeholders in Japan and across global regions, the team provides financial insights to support management decision-making and drives continuous process improvement initiatives. The team contributes to value creation by working closely with R&D stakeholders while leveraging finance expertise in a global environment.The primary responsibilities of this position include: Support the development of budgets and forecasts for the Pipeline and R&D organization. Monitor actual R&D expenditures and perform variance analyses against budget and forecast. Identify variance drivers based on financial and project status, and provide information to support management decision-making. Act as a finance business partner to Pipeline and R&D stakeholders, providing financial support and fostering collaborative working relationships. Perform statutory accounting activities related to R&D expenditures in compliance with IFRS. Drive continuous improvement, simplification, and automation of related processes and systems. 制度会計または管理会計に関する実務経験を有する。 研究開発費用の集計・分析に必要な計数管理能力ならびにITリテラシーを有する。 社内外のステークホルダーと効果的な協力関係を構築・維持できるコミュニケーション能力を有する。 英語を用いたコミュニケーションに前向きに取り組めること。 研究開発関連業務・ビジネスパートナーリングに関する知見・経験があれば、尚可。 -- Practical experience in statutory accounting and/or management accounting. Strong numerical and analytical skills, as well as IT literacy, required for managing and analyzing R&D expenditure data. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to proactively build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Willingness and ability to communicate effectively in English in a global business environment. Knowledge of and/or experience in R&D-related functions and business partnering is preferred.
