岗位描述 1. 和Zoom 全球产品团队及内部业务团队一起制定项目计划，完成需求分析设计以及创建具体开发任务，能完成跨团队协调来推进计划按时保质交付； 2. 能够独立完成相关产品技术架构的设计； 3. 具备很强的代码编写能力，能独立完成高难度任务的开发工作，以及解决开发过程中和线上的技术难题； 4. 能够识别服务产品架构中存在的风险，并能够制定优化方案以及推动落实； 5. 能够对项目产品以及技术路线的创新持续作出贡献。 任职要求： 1. 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上Java开发经验； 2. Java基础扎实，深入理解IO、多线程、集合等基础框架和JVM原理，深入理解常用的设计模式及应用场景；熟悉Web Security各类场景及相应的处理方案 3. 熟练掌握Spring，Spring Boot，Spring Cloud，MyBatis等流行开源框架的使用，深入了解其原理和实现机制； 4. 熟练使用Linux，Nginx，Tomcat等进行开发和调优； 5. 掌握MySQL数据库设计和性能调优，熟悉DynamoDB，MongoDB等NoSQL数据库； 6. 熟悉Memcached，Redis，Kafka，ES等中间件的使用； 7. 具备良好的沟通表达和团队协作能力，积极主动，执行力强，责任心强； 8. 具备英文邮件、文档读写能力，适应全英文工作环境； 9. 具备英文流利沟通能力是加分项。 10.有大型分布式SaaS系统和CaaS系统经验的优先 Ways of Working Our structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
