This is a unique opportunity to architect and manage innovative platforms that revolutionize how users engage with financial markets. Job Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement products and solutions for our derivatives exchange platform using a microservices framework. Work in tandem with the product management team to enhance existing models and develop new products and algorithms. Engage in code reviews, testing, and release activities. Build a system that supports rapid deployment with automated testing, continuous integration, and delivery. Identify and resolve challenges within back-end infrastructure and platforms. Analyze and address issues across different technology stacks. Collaborate closely with the security team to create and maintain a secure, scalable infrastructure and back-end services. Help manage documentation for all code and functional implementations. Partner with the DevOps team to consistently improve and upgrade the technology stack. Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in trading or financial services, with a strong understanding of internal trading desks and operations. Preferably experience at an Investment Bank, Hedge Fund or Exchange developing trading applications in Equity, FX or Derivative products in traditional or crypto market. Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and products is a significant advantage. Strong technical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and market trends. Understanding of retail and institutional trading behaviors, including spot, derivatives, and options. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders across various departments. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Experience with trading platforms and tools is a plus. A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
