Java Developer (RPA sphere)

Project Description Coherent Solutions is building the cross functional teams to work on new functionality on the client's platforms. Technologies Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, WebSockets MariaDB, Redis Dremio, Apache Iceberg, Apache Flink ActiveMQ OAuth / OpenID Microservices AWS, Docker, Kubernetes Maven, Jenkins, Git What You'll Do Implement, test, and maintain backend components and services using Java and Spring Boot with support from senior team members; Collaborate with Senior Developers and Team Leads to understand technical designs and break down user stories into implementable tasks; Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, ensuring correctness, maintainability, and appropriate performance for assigned features; Write and maintain unit tests and contribute to integration testing efforts; Use Git for version control by following branching strategies, creating pull requests, and addressing code review feedback; Help maintain application reliability and responsiveness by fixing bugs, investigating performance issues, and improving logging; Collaborate with the Sustaining Engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve production issues within the scope of assigned responsibilities; Participate in the team’s CI/CD process by ensuring builds pass, tests run successfully, and deployments follow established procedures; Participate in retrospectives, share lessons learned, and contribute to incremental process and code improvements; Follow company policies and contribute to a professional, collaborative, and communicative team environment; Job Requirements 1 year of experience working as Java Developer; Basic understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms; Familiarity with RESTful concepts and HTTP fundamentals; Introductory knowledge of DBMS concepts, preferably MySQL; Familiarity with Git and version control practices; Foundational understanding of software engineering concepts, including design patterns and multithreading; Awareness of CI/CD concepts and automated testing practices; Interest in SaaS products and enterprise software architecture; Willingness to learn NoSQL technologies; Experience with one of cloud platforms or services; Basic understanding of microservices architecture, with practical experience preferred; Upper-Intermediate English or higher; What Do We Offer The global benefits package includes: Technical and non-technical training for professional and personal growth; Internal conferences and meetups to learn from industry experts; Support and mentorship from an experienced employee to help you professional grow and development; Health insurance; Sports activities to promote a healthy lifestyle; Flexible work options, including remote and hybrid opportunities; Referral program for bringing in new talent; Work anniversary program and additional vacation days.
