Java Full Stack Developer

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join a technology-driven team focused on automation and high-quality software delivery. This role involves working on modern web and mobile solutions within an agile environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Location & Work Mode

• Buenos Aires (AMBA region)

• Hybrid model: 3 days per week working from the office

• Full-time, permanent position

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end solutions.

• Build modern web and mobile experiences, with a strong focus on PWA applications.

• Develop and consume RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.

• Ensure high code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and automated tests.

• Actively participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning.

• Collaborate with team members to deliver features on time and with high quality.

• Provide regular updates on progress and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in software development.

• Strong experience in Java (or Kotlin) with Spring Boot.

• Solid front-end experience using React with TypeScript.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript.

• Experience building PWA or mobile-first applications.

• Knowledge of databases and technologies such as SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Kafka.

• Experience with Git and version control best practices.

• Strong understanding of RESTful services, JPA, and persistence layers.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, agile methodologies, and the full SDLC.

• Experience in automation-focused projects.

• Exposure to performance optimization and scalable architectures.

• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00

• 40 hours per week
