Java Software Engineer

What we expect from you: Strong hands-on experience with Java backend development. Solid knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA, and Maven. Understanding of cross-system integrations (e.g., APIs, event-based, batch jobs). Experience in defining or contributing to solution architecture. Passion for writing clean and maintainable code. Familiarity with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Docker/containerization. Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms is a plus. Experience using AI-assisted development tools in daily development workflows is a plus. Experience working in Agile teams using tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus. Proficiency in English (spoken and written). What you will do: Work in a cross-functional squad, collaborating closely with frontend engineers and business analysts. Own backend features throughout their lifecycle - from design and implementation to deployment and production support. Deliver well-architected, secure, and scalable solutions. Collaborate with other squads to design and implement features spanning multiple systems and domains. Share knowledge through code reviews, technical discussions, and mentoring.
