Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java development, Couchbase/NoSQL, PostgreSQL databases, cloud-based services, and automated testing practices. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, optimize system performance, and contribute to modern cloud-native architectures.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality Java applications and services.
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL database solutions.
- Implement and support cloud-based infrastructure and services.
- Create and maintain automated test suites to ensure software quality.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.
This role is hybrid- 3 days per week from the office in Warsaw
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and related frameworks.
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL database services and performance tuning.
- Experience building and deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of automated testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, source control, and agile development practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Delivery on Payment Cloud services is desirable
