JavaScript Developer (CRM Platform)

We are looking for a Middle JavaScript Developer who is passionate about creating scalable customer engagement solutions and improving digital experiences. In this role, you will work remotely with a collaborative international team, contributing to reusable CRM modules, automation workflows, and personalization strategies. You will have the opportunity to expand your expertise beyond traditional Front-end development and gain hands-on experience with Braze, a leading customer engagement platform. We at Sigma Software support professional growth, knowledge sharing, and long-term career development while working on impactful international projects. • Develop, maintain, and optimize CRM drag-and-drop module libraries and reusable components • Maintain documentation related to marketing assets and technical components • Write, extend, and debug JavaScript code within team tools and services • Ensure components align with brand guidelines and development best practices • Collaborate with the CRM Engineering Team to standardize metadata, tags, and personalization strategies • Train and support CRM marketers on platform capabilities and best practices • Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to marketing solutions • Participate in the team’s on-call rotation • Execute additional project-related tasks as required • 2+ years of commercial experience in JavaScript Front-end development • Strong knowledge of core JavaScript ES6+ fundamentals • Experience with HTML5 and CSS3 • Good understanding of SQL fundamentals • Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization • Understanding of version control systems, including Git • Understanding of basic testing principles • Upper-Intermediate or higher English level, both written and spoken • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Readiness to learn and work with Braze, a customer engagement platform that will be a key tool in daily work WILL BE A PLUS • Experience integrating third-party tools or marketing platforms • Familiarity with analytics, tracking scripts, or customer engagement tools • Experience working with CRM or marketing automation systems PERSONAL PROFILE • Strong problem-solving skills • Attention to detail and code quality • Ability to work independently in a distributed team • Proactive approach to learning new tools and technologies • Good time management and prioritization skills
