Role Description The JavaScript Engineer will design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end features, building and integrating back-end services, writing clean and testable code, and collaborating with designers, product managers, and other engineers. The role also involves reviewing code, optimizing performance, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to architecture and technical decisions. This is a full-time remote role, requiring reliable communication, proactive problem-solving, and adherence to secure and scalable development practices.

Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and experience with related ecosystems and frameworks.
- Skills in Front-End Development, including responsive UI implementation and user-centric design.
- Experience in Back-End Web Development for building APIs, handling data, and integrating services.
- Background in Software Development, including version control, testing, and code review practices.
- Experience with Redux.js or similar state management libraries for scalable front-end architectures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and modern build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, or similar).
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, communicate clearly, and collaborate in diverse teams.
- Comfort with Agile or similar development methodologies; experience in tech or IT services environments is a plus.
