We are looking for a Senior JD Edwards CNC / Orchestrator Consultant with strong technical expertise in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration technologies, including JDE Orchestrator.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the JDE technical environment, supporting system integrations, automating business processes, and ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of JD Edwards applications across development, testing, and production environments.

This role requires a combination of CNC technical administration and hands-on experience with JDE Orchestrator Studio, including the design, configuration, deployment, and support of orchestrations and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

JD Edwards CNC Administration

• Administer and support Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne technical environments.
• Perform CNC activities, including environment configuration, package builds, deployments, and promotion across environments.
• Manage JDE servers, services, queues, enterprise servers, HTML servers, and related components.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Support JDE upgrades, updates, ESUs, Tools Releases, and application deployments.
• Manage user security, roles, environments, and access configurations.
• Support database connectivity, middleware components, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, database, development, and functional teams to ensure system stability and availability.

JDE Orchestrator Development and Support

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain orchestrations using JD Edwards Orchestrator Studio.
• Build integrations using orchestrations, notifications, form requests, data requests, and service requests.
• Develop and maintain AIS Server configurations and integrations with external applications.
• Configure REST-based integrations and APIs to exchange data between JDE EnterpriseOne and third-party systems.
• Work with JSON, XML, web services, and other integration formats.
• Automate business processes and reduce manual activities through orchestration workflows.
• Troubleshoot orchestration errors, authentication issues, connectivity problems, and integration failures.
• Support testing, deployment, monitoring, and documentation of integrations.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical integration solutions.

Technical Support and Continuous Improvement

• Provide technical support for JDE production environments and resolve incidents within established SLAs.
• Analyze logs, identify performance bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support disaster recovery, environment refreshes, and technical maintenance activities.
• Document technical configurations, deployment procedures, integrations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Follow technical standards, change management procedures, and best practices for JDE EnterpriseOne.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne technical administration and CNC.
• Hands-on experience with JDE Orchestrator Studio and orchestration development.
• Knowledge of AIS Server configuration, installation, administration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with JDE environments, package deployments, server management, and technical troubleshooting.
• Understanding of REST APIs, web services, JSON, XML, and system integrations.
• Experience troubleshooting connectivity, authentication, security, and integration issues.
• Familiarity with JDE architecture and its interaction with databases, middleware, and infrastructure components.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with distributed technical and functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools Releases and upgrades.
• Knowledge of Oracle databases and SQL.
• Experience with automation, scripting, and integration monitoring.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure and integrations between JDE and cloud-based applications.
• Experience supporting multi-environment or multi-instance JDE implementations.
• Relevant Oracle JD Edwards certifications are a plus.

The ideal candidate is a technical JDE specialist with both CNC administration and Orchestrator integration capabilities. The person should be comfortable managing the underlying JDE technical environment while also developing and troubleshooting orchestrations that connect EnterpriseOne with other applications and automate business processes.

Candidates with experience exclusively in JDE functional modules, without hands-on CNC administration or Orchestrator technical experience, would not be the primary target for this position.
