Roles & Responsibilities: Possess a solid business background, hands-on experience in consulting, and JDE Distribution, Manufacturing, and Advanced Pricing modules implementation experience. Provide functional support for the JDE Manufacturing, Distribution Suites, and Finance Suites. Analyze and resolve user problems, and provide user instruction on JDE functionality, requirements definition, gap analysis, and business process design. Good understanding of Manufacturing and Transportation Modules (JDE or Third-Party tools) Critical Skills: Experience in configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting the end user for the enabled JDE applications and related technology. At least 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in implementing core modules within the JDE Manufacturing, Distribution suite, e.g., Procurement, Inventory, and Sales Order Management, and Transportation modules within JDE or Third-party tools Experience in Localization is a must Experience with multiple modules is required. Managed implementation projects and provided support on user requests Additional Skills: Strong leadership skills and the ability to multitask within a fast-paced and dynamic workplace. Exposure to and understanding of consulting services. Proven record in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent English communication and presentation skills. Able to work and thrive in a team environment.
