Jira Analyst at BairesDev

As a Jira Analyst, you will manage, configure, and optimize Jira environments to support agile teams, ensuring efficient workflows, accurate reporting, and proper integration with other tools.

What You'll Do:

- Configure and maintain Jira projects, workflows, and permissions.

- Support agile teams in backlog management and sprint tracking.

- Create dashboards and custom reports for stakeholders.

- Manage integrations with other Atlassian tools and third-party systems.

- Analyze and improve existing workflows and processes.

- Provide user support and training when necessary.

What We Are Looking For:

- 3+ years of experience working with Jira or Atlassian tools.

- Strong knowledge of Jira configuration, workflows, and permissions.

- Experience supporting agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

- Familiarity with dashboards, reporting, and basic automation rules.

- Experience integrating Jira with other systems and tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Intermediate to advanced level of English.
