The Enterprise Service Management team, within Group IT, is on a mission to improve business processes through automation and advanced technology with the Atlassian tool stack as the backbone. What you will do: Design and implement Jira Service Management spaces for business functions such as HR, Facility Management, Data Protection or Procurement including service desk configurations, SLAs, and automation rules Support the administration and management of Jira (project management): including user management, permissions, and project configurations (workflows, screens, fields, permissions and notifications) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse existing processes, gather requirements and design solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency Architect and implement solutions leveraging as much as possible out-of-the-box features as well as integrations with other platforms in the Axpo IT landscape like SAP, Azure, Entra, etc.. Use REST APIs to automate processes and support other teams on how to query these same APIs Create detailed technical documentation for Jira implementations Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation for end-users Provide technical support, troubleshooting and consulting for marketplace apps  for Jira and JSM users. What you bring & who you are: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field — or equivalent hands-on experience in place of formal education 5+ years of experience implementing processes on Jira and/or Jira Service Management. Strong understanding of Jira’s customization options such as workflows, permissions, notifications, etc. Experience with advanced customizations in Jira: Automation for Jira and Scriptrunner apps. Experience using Jira’s REST APIs and integrating Jira with other platforms Experience with using Rovo or other AI solutions within Jira workflows Knowledge of a programming language such as Groovy or Python is a plus Atlassian Certified Professional certification is a plus Experience implementing ESM in JSM or migrating from another similar system into JSM is also a plus.
