The role CI&T is seeking a B2B Demand Generation Manager to lead marketing planning and pipeline generation across priority industries in North America. This role acts as a key marketing partner for assigned verticals, responsible for translating business priorities into integrated marketing plans and executing programs that drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth. You will partner closely with sales and industry leadership to define go-to-market priorities, identify target accounts, and activate demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) programs that engage enterprise buyers. This is a highly visible role for a marketer who can contribute to marketing planning while driving hands-on execution and measurable impact. Key Responsibilities Lead marketing planning and execution for assigned industry verticals, aligning programs to growth priorities and pipeline goals Develop and execute vertical-specific marketing plans in partnership with sales, industry leadership, and partnership team Translate business objectives into integrated demand generation and ABM programs that drive qualified pipeline Partner with sales to define target accounts, buying groups, and engagement strategies Launch and manage multi-channel campaigns across events, digital, content, PR, and partner marketing Drive account engagement strategies for priority accounts and verticals Ensure end-to-end campaign execution, from planning through lead flow and conversion Track and report on pipeline impact, including MQLs, SQLs, and influenced revenue Analyze performance and continuously optimize campaigns using data and insights Collaborate closely with Marketing Operations on lead management, attribution, and reporting Support high-impact industry events, executive programs, and field marketing initiatives Manage and mentor team members and coordinate cross-functional contributors Partner with global marketing teams, including colleagues in Brazil, to align execution and share best practices Track budgets, manage expenses, and oversee vendor coordination Qualifications Required 5–8 years of B2B demand generation, growth, or vertical marketing experience, ideally in technology, consulting, or digital services Proven track record of driving pipeline generation in enterprise or complex sales environments Experience working closely with enterprise sales teams and long buying cycles Strong experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and integrated campaign execution Ability to contribute to marketing planning while executing programs hands-on Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with senior executives and cross-functional teams Experience managing marketing team members or coordinating across distributed teams Preferred Experience marketing AI, digital transformation, or enterprise technology services Why join us? - Competitive Salary - Generous paid vacation days - Unlimited sick time - 100% paid health & dental benefits starting day one - Annual profit-sharing distribution - Retirement match - Paid parental leave - Dedicated career advisor - And so much more… Collaboration is our superpower, diversity unites us, and excellence is our standard.
