Join ECS as a Virtual Customer Support Agent and become part of our expanding team. We are currently seeking over 2,000 agents to work remotely from the comfort of their homes. As an agent, you will have the opportunity to choose from a variety of positions, including assisting customers with cruise travel arrangements, coordinating roadside assistance, navigating tax company websites, and helping families with reservations, among others. Starting pay for our agents is $10/hour for a minimum of 40 hours per week, and $8/hour for less than 40 hours per week. In addition to the base pay, we offer performance-based bonuses and incentives tied to customer satisfaction and hours worked. All shifts are available, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime, providing you with ample earning potential ranging from $30,000 to $60,000 per year.
