What We Look For

• Academic Background: enrolled student or recent graduate (Computer Science, Management Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Design, or related fields).

• Tech Passion: strong interest in Cloud Native technologies, modern software architectures, and AI innovation.

• Mindset: proactive approach, problem-solving skills, and a strong desire to learn and adapt quickly.

• Soft Skills: excellent relational skills, teamwork mentality, and precision.

• Languages: proficient English. Italian is optional for most technical and product roles, but welcomed.
