About the Role As a Customer Support Representative , you will be responsible for providing an excellent experience to caregivers using the platform. You will serve as a key point of contact, helping users navigate the platform, resolve issues, and successfully connect with available work opportunities. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Provide excellent customer service to U.S.-based caregivers through phone, chat, and other established communication channels. Recruit and engage U.S.-based caregivers to join and actively use the platform. Encourage caregivers to review and apply for available shifts. Answer questions and resolve issues related to the platform, shifts, accounts, and general user experience. Maintain accurate records of user interactions, inquiries, complaints, comments, and resolutions. Follow up proactively on inquiries or issues that require additional information or action until they are fully resolved. Identify and report technical, access, or platform-related issues to the appropriate team. Help ensure a smooth and positive experience for caregivers throughout their use of the platform. Mastery of English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) is required Ability to problem solve if not given much direction One or two years of increasingly responsible clerical/customer service experience Some limited US based travel may be required Just in case it is necessary, you must have the ability to take some calls from home or remote locations at non-traditional work hours Full availability is required, work schedules are based on client and business need.
