The position and your daily adventures This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we are looking forward to seeing you in our office 2-3 times per week. What you can expect: End-to-End Ownership: Drive defined parts of the Klar Empresarial product from problem discovery through delivery and iteration, acting as an autonomous self-starter with minimal supervision. Proactive Problem Discovery: Uncover high-impact product opportunities by combining analytical critical thinking with competitive benchmarking and market research on Mexican SMEs. Data-Driven Hypothesis Testing: Validate ideas and test assumptions against internal data and market facts to optimize growth and monetization metrics. Customer & Sales Insights: Regularly engage with Account Executives and business clients to surface actionable insights, gather feedback, and validate product hypotheses. Structured Scoping & Execution: Translate complex business problems into well-scoped, clear requirements, organizing efforts to maximize delivery efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with credit, compliance, and revenue operations teams, to build solutions, effectively communicating findings so all teams can understand and leverage them. What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or (e.g., Computational, Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, UX Research, Actuary, Product Design, Mechatronics, Mathematics, etc.) At least one year of full-time experience in a digital product management (B2B or B2C), growth, or revenue operations role or equivalent experience through internships or working student positions. Advanced English level. Most communication within Klar happens in English. Previous experience in a fintech enviroment is desirable.
