The position and your daily adventures This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we are looking forward to seeing you in our office 2-3 times per week. What you can expect: Analyze product performance and identify opportunities to improve internal processes and operations. Build reports, dashboards, and business analyses to support strategic decision-making. Automate repetitive operational processes using data and technology. Understand customer behavior and identify opportunities to improve product economics. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on objectives and deliver results. Translate business needs into scalable operational solutions. Contribute to documentation, process standardization, and knowledge sharing. What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or analytical field (e.g., Computational, Mechatronics, Mathematics, Physics, etc.) Intermediate / Advanced in SQL Basic Python Intermediate / Advanced Excel. Advanced English level Previous experience in finance, credit, or other analytical role is a plus. Non-technical (soft skills) Problem-finder and problem-solver. You have the ability to tackle broad questions, identify the right problem to solve, and generate solutions for it. Self-starter and proactive. You do not require constant supervision; curiosity drives you to find new work streams that help the company’s goals. Organized and structured. You plan and structure your efforts to maximize both efficiency and effectiveness. Analytical and critical thinker. You leverage available data and search for new data points to make informed decisions; you do not go with the first hunch or the first answer, but test the answers against data and facts.
