What You'll Do Business Partner Support & Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with ASEA's independent business partners. Serve as a trusted resource and point of contact for the Hungarian market. Support training sessions, webinars, business events, and market initiatives. Gather feedback and market insights to help improve business performance and engagement. Project Management & Business Development Coordinate local and regional projects from planning through execution. Track key performance metrics and prepare reports and presentations. Partner with cross-functional teams across Europe to ensure successful project delivery. Support communication and collaboration between ASEA's European team and the Hungarian market. What We're Looking For Experience in business development, account management, project coordination, or a related role. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable analyzing data and preparing reports. Experience within direct selling, network marketing, affiliate marketing, franchising, or other partner-based business models is a plus, but not required. Fluent in both Hungarian and English (written and spoken). Additional European languages are a plus. Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, training events, and company initiatives.
