At TLNT, we believe that recruitment is more than just filling roles — it’s about connecting humans with humans. We’re a people-first organization partnering with top U.S. companies to help them grow by attracting exceptional talent, and we know that the right content can open the right doors.
Join a company that is redefining premium cookware. Headquartered in Los Angeles and backed by Gordon Ramsay, they've built a global brand — spanning DTC, Amazon, wholesale, Costco, and international markets — on patented hybrid technology and standout design.
We're hiring a Junior Creative Strategist to be the engine room of the paid creative.
You'll be the person who turns weekly chaos into a system people can actually rely on — owning the trackers, timelines, and cross-functional requests flowing in from brand, design, and finance, so the senior team can stay heads-down on high-level strategy.
But this isn't just spreadsheets and Slack pings. You'll roll up your sleeves on the craft, too: drafting ad copy variations and templated briefs in the brand’s voice, adapting creator and UGC-style content for paid amplification across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, and digging up the research and performance signals that sharpen every next round of creative.
You live and breathe platform culture. You know what makes content scroll-stopping because you're scrolling it yourself. And you bring the organization, communication, and proactive ownership that keeps execution tight as we scale into new markets.
This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a leading US-based company—fully remote.
What You'll Do
- Project Management & Coordination: Own asset trackers, campaign timelines, and deliverable deadlines across multiple concurrent workstreams, keeping everyone aligned on status and next steps in Asana, Monday, Notion, or equivalent.
- Low-Lift Ad Production: Draft ad copy variations, resize and adapt assets, and build templated creative briefs that match brand voice with light direction—freeing bespoke, high-judgment creative from competing for the same bandwidth.
- Paid Creative Support: Support the development and trafficking of paid creative across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, including adapting creator/influencer and UGC-style content for paid amplification.
- Research & Competitive Intelligence: Own recurring competitive analysis, audience insights, and platform-trend tracking so research stays consistent instead of falling through the cracks.
- Performance-Informed Iteration: Pull and interpret basic performance data to flag what's working, surface iteration ideas, and help prioritize the next creative tests.
- Shoot & Brief Support: Assist with shoot brief production and creative development workflows, keeping documentation, references, and hand-offs organized end to end.
- Scale Readiness: Build repeatable coordination habits and documentation that keep execution organized and unblocked as the team grows to include international markets and additional direct reports.
What You Need
- Demonstrated experience in paid media—Meta, TikTok, or YouTube—whether through internships, agency work, or in-house roles.
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficiency in organizational tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Notion, or equivalent) and comfort owning asset trackers and campaign timelines.
- Clear, proactive communicator who can interface with cross-functional teams (brand, design) without requiring heavy oversight.

- Familiarity with creator/influencer paid media or experience adapting UGC-style content for paid amplification is a plus.

- Comfort pulling and interpreting basic performance data to inform creative iterations is a plus.
- Exposure to shoot brief production or creative development workflows is a plus.
- An eye for what makes content scroll-stopping—someone who consumes creator content natively and understands platform culture on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
