Jr. Laravel + React.js Developer

Position Purpose: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Laravel + React.js Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing robust web applications using Laravel for backend services and React.js for frontend interfaces. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have a strong willingness to leverage modern AI-assisted development tools to enhance coding efficiency, accelerate problem-solving, and improve overall development quality. Education & Professional Qualification: Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a reputed local/foreign university. Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certifications in Laravel, React.js, or full-stack development are a plus. Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Laravel and React.js development. Proven track record of building and maintaining web applications using Laravel and React.js . Strong understanding of modern web development principles, architecture, and best practices. Practical experience leveraging AI tools to enhance development productivity, code quality, and debugging. Working expertise in AI coding assistants such as Claude, Codex, ChatGPT, Blackbox AI, Lovable.dev, and GitHub Copilot for faster development and efficient problem-solving. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using AI tools. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using Laravel and React.js. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend/frontend developers to deliver features and functionality. Design and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces. Optimize application performance to ensure fast and smooth user experiences. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices. Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless frontend-backend communication. Actively utilize AI-powered tools t o enhance coding speed, debugging, and overall development workflow while staying up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and AI advancements in web development Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues effectively. Work with version control systems such as Git to manage codebases and collaborate with teams. Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability. Requirements : Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel framework. Strong understanding of React.js , Typescript, Next.js, JavaScript, and ES6+. Experience working with RESTful APIs and JSON-based integration. Proficiency in frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL. Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows. Understanding of MVC architecture and full-stack application structure. Mandatory experience using AI tools (such as ClaudeAI, GitHub Copilot, or similar) with strong proficiency in leveraging them for coding, debugging, and overall development efficiency Experience working with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Dialogflow, or similar Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
