We're looking for innovative minds to join our mission in shaping the next wave of financial technology. We are looking for a Jr. Legal Business Partner to join our company. This position will work on a Monday to Friday schedule. The right candidate must be technically talented, hands-on, and have great interpersonal skills. What you will be doing: Draft, review, and manage agreements and other legal documents to ensure compliance with legal requirements and alignment with the company’s interests. Provide legal support to business units by reviewing documents, identifying potential risks, and recommending practical solutions. Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Operations, and other teams to support business objectives and ensure legal alignment in day-to-day activities. Monitor and research relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to support compliance initiatives. Assist in maintaining legal templates, processes, and documentation to improve efficiency and consistency across the business. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management or any related field, or currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline. Advanced English communication skills. Experience drafting, reviewing, and managing agreements and other legal documents. At least 2 years of experience in a legal role; candidates with varying levels of experience, including senior-level professionals, are encouraged to apply. Experience in payments, fintech, financial services, or related industries is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze documents, identify risks, and recommend practical solutions. A proactive and curious mindset with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and solve problems independently. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. A team-oriented mindset with the ability to contribute ideas and support the continuous improvement of legal processes and workflows. Preferred (Nice-to-Have): Demonstrated exposure to international compliance and regulatory requirements across high-risk jurisdictions and emerging markets. Completion of a law degree (e.g., Juris Doctor, LL.B., or equivalent) is an advantage. Candidates with a law degree and relevant legal experience aligned with our business may be considered for a more senior role, depending on the depth of their experience and industry expertise.
