We are looking for last-year students in accounting or finance who are eager to begin their professional career as a Junior Accountant in our Warsaw finance team. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK As a Junior Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting our finance operations. You’ll contribute to accurate record-keeping, reporting, and compliance, while developing a strong foundation in accounting practices. This role will give you exposure to the full finance cycle, from daily processing to supporting audits and improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: • Assisting the finance team with daily accounting and reporting activities. • Processing vendor invoices, payments, and employee expense reports. • Supporting reconciliations and preparing documentation for month-end and year-end close. • Helping with statutory reporting and audit preparations. ABOUT YOU You are an articulate and ethical professional with strong critical thinking skills, a nuanced understanding of effective communication, and a genuine interest in contributing your expertise to the Finance Team of a global organization. • Last-year students in accounting, finance, or a related field. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Basic understanding of accounting principles. • Willingness to learn and develop in a professional setting. • Good organizational and problem-solving skills. • Fluency in Polish required; English at B1 level • Ability to work 30-40 hours per week.
