Job Description
For our structural development and our Finance Department at our new production site in Obiliq / Kosovo, we are looking for a
Junior Accountant
that will cover financial accounting for Kosovo.
You will be happy to take over the following tasks:
Checking and posting of incoming invoices.
Preparation, coordination, and execution of payments
Preparation of account statements (reconciliation, clearing of accounts)
Processing and recording daily business transactions.
Knowledge of working with monthly provisions and accruals.
Knowledge of sales and purchase books in accordance with VAT law in Kosovo.
Reviewing sales invoices in accordance with export documentation.
Close cooperation with the Controlling Team (based in Germany).
We would be delighted if you possess the following skills:
Ideally have a bachelor’s degree in economics/finance, similar field, or a comparable qualification as a Certified Accountant.
2+ years of professional experience in accounting
Confident handling of MS Office programs and ERP systems (ideally proAlpha)
Structured and responsible way of working as well as resilience, diligence, independence, and reliability.
Communication and teamwork skills
Good knowledge of Albanian and English, German is a plus.
