Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Join us and become a part of an Accounts Payable team.
Your tasks:
* Processing documents in SAP VIM on various exceptions for various units Interfaces 💻.
* Posting IC invoices.
* Managing the generic inbox, and responding to vendors 📬 .
* Confirming bank data.
* Taking part in month-end close activities.
* Solving system issues by creating tickets.
* Reconciling balance sheet accounts from the AP area 📊.
What You Need to Succeed
* First experience in an international organization would be a great advantage.
* Very good knowledge of English (B2) 💬.
* Knowledge of German will be an asset.
* Good MS Office skills.
* Detail orientation and team-player attitude.
* Willingness to learn and analytical mindset 🎖.
* Eligibility to work in Poland.
