Junior AdOps Specialist

Azberry BV is a programmatic advertising company, and we're looking for a Junior AdOps Specialist to join our team. This is a hands-on, data-driven role: your day will revolve around reading data, monitoring performance, and running continuous analysis across both the supply and demand sides of our programmatic operations. Alongside this, you'll manage relationships with our publisher partners.

This is a remote position, working on Netherlands (CET/CEST) business hours.

What You'll Do

• Continuously monitor supply-side and demand-side performance across our programmatic stack
• Read, interpret, and analyze large volumes of campaign and inventory data on a daily basis
• Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities — and act on them
• Run ongoing optimizations to improve fill rates, CPMs, and overall revenue performance
• Manage day-to-day publisher relationships: onboarding, communication, and troubleshooting
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, delivery issues, and performance drops
• Build and maintain regular performance reports with clear, actionable insights

What We're Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in AdOps, programmatic advertising, or digital media (internships count!)
• Genuine comfort with data — you enjoy digging into numbers, spotting patterns, and asking "why?"
• Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, header bidding)
• Fluent English is a must — all communication is in English
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with continuous monitoring tasks
• Availability to work full-time on Netherlands (CET) hours

Nice to Have

• Experience with SSP/DSP platforms or ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Prebid)
• Familiarity with reporting/BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Data Studio)
• Basic SQL knowledge
