Junior AI Implementation Specialist

We are looking for a Junior AI Implementation Specialist to join our team as we support a significant engagement for a global financial partner. This is an entry level role designed for someone who is technically curious and commercially minded. Your primary focus will be to help our firm adopt and manage practical tools that assist in complex advisory work. This position is fully remote, allowing you to contribute from any location while staying closely connected with our senior team through digital collaboration. We prioritize ground reality and commercial judgment over theoretical reports, and this role is central to making our research and analysis more effective.

What you will do

• Configure and maintain automated workflows to assist our research into counterparties and specific market behaviors.
• Clean and structure internal datasets to ensure the models we use for decision-support are accurate and reliable.
• Research and test new software tools that can help monitor real-time changes in the territory or competitor movements.
• Collaborate with senior partners to translate complex investment scenarios into prompts or configurations for AI-assisted analysis.
• Draft clear internal documentation and simple guides to help our team use new technology in a way that matches our firm's logic.
• Review the outputs of automated tools to ensure they align with the commercial reality of the deals we are advising on.
• Support the preparation of client positions by identifying relevant data points and organizing them into logical formats.
• Monitor the performance of our current tools and suggest simple adjustments to improve their utility for high stakes decision-making.

What you bring
