Doxim’s next Implementation Specialist. The Implementation Specialist supports Doxim’s Professional Services team by building and maintaining document composition solutions and the data-processing programs that power them. You’ll analyze and transform customer data, develop workflows/templates for print and digital delivery, automate validation and processing steps, and troubleshoot issues through testing and production deployment. This role supports clients across industries (e.g., financial services, insurance, utilities, government) and requires strong technical problem-solving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Job responsibilities Configure Doxim document processing applications, including ECM, API integrations, e-Notifications, and document archiving solutions. Support clients with API portal integrations involving Doxim products and related services. Design, build, and maintain robust statement composition projects for small and mid-sized implementation s. Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure solutions meet agreed-upon requirements and specifications. Apply knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and development best practices to deliver high-quality project outcomes. Understand and contribute effectively to cross-functional project teams, including awareness of roles and responsibilities across the project lifecycle. Interpret customer requirements documentation and translate them into efficient, scalable, and maintainable document design layouts. Partner with project teams to gather requirements and develop tailored product and implementation solutions. Act as a collaborative and proactive team member, maintaining strong awareness of client commitments and identifying and mitigating project risks. Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, provide application support, and deliver basic end-user training. Skills Proficiency in HTML/XHTML, XML/XSL, CSS and one of Java, C#, .NET, or batch processing Experience working on web applications, XML web services and/or web servers is an asset Understanding of relational data modeling and SQL proficiency in MS SQL Server or other DBM Education Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering or other related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered System Knowledge Proficient knowledge and experience with: Responsive HTML Email Development Quadient Inspire XSLT code development CSS Bootstrap C# Accessibility knowledge Litmus testing Adobe Creative Suite Software – Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Acrobat, Illustrator Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint FTP and Remote Desktop connectivity Physical Demands · Prolonged sitting and computer usage · Frequent keyboard and mouse use · Occasional extended hours for deployments or incident resolution Additional Details · Recommended Years of Experience: 3+ years · Travel: 0-10% · FLSA Status: Exempt Why Doxim?
