The role
Our partner is a South African financial institution currently undergoing a series of structural changes. As a Junior AI Support Specialist, you will assist our consultants in using artificial intelligence to organize large amounts of evidence and data gathered during this engagement. This role exists to ensure that our team can use modern tools to maintain high standards of precision and accountability while working in a fully remote capacity. You will help us move past generic observations by providing the technical support needed to uncover deep structural truths within complex business systems.

What you will do

• Test and refine prompts to help consultants summarize long-form interviews and meeting transcripts accurately.
• Assist in cleaning and formatting data from our South African financial partner to ensure it is ready for analysis.
• Document the performance of different AI models when applied to specific organizational restructuring tasks.
• Help the consulting team retrieve relevant data points from internal libraries to support evidence-backed reports.
• Provide first-level technical support for the internal AI tools used by our remote consultants.
• Monitor AI-generated outputs for accuracy, ensuring that all findings meet our standards for professional precision.
• Research new ways to use AI for mapping out decision rights and organizational hierarchies.
• Maintain and update a central repository of documentation regarding our AI workflows and best practices.
• Collaborate with senior staff to identify areas where automation can reduce manual reporting tasks.

What we are looking for
