We're on the lookout for a data-driven, enthusiastic Junior Algorithmic Trader who’s ready to dive deep into the world of crypto and help us optimize our trading systems. What you'll do: Dive into our global trading system and help make it even better. Sift through heaps of data to uncover trends and opportunities. Keep an eye on our system’s performance and think of ways to boost it. Develop and implement trading logic based on data-driven decisions (together with developers) Create Proof of Concepts (POCs) and, if you’re up for it, fully develop them. What we're looking for: Passion for data, analysis, and anything stats/econometrics-related. Python skills are a must (Rust is a nice bonus, but not mandatory). Ability to read and understand code. Experience with large datasets and trading systems is a plus. Knowledge of the crypto market and exchanges is a big win. Fresh grads with the right skills and passion are welcome!
