JUNIOR ALM TREASURY ANALYST
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an ALM Treasury Analyst responsible for ensuring effective liquidity and risk management through the monitoring of assets and liabilities in both normal and crisis conditions. This role focuses on controlling interest rate exposure, managing foreign exchange risk, overseeing Treasury activities through robust controls and reporting, and contributing to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects. The position plays a key role in trade monitoring, risk control, reporting transparency, and process re-engineering.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

• Ensure all deals are correctly interfaced across systems and manage all events throughout the trade lifecycle.

• Implement and perform regular controls to minimize operational and fraud risks.

• Maintain and continuously improve operational processes while ensuring production support activities.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Front Office, Back Office and P&L teams.

• Support projects related to new products, business activities, workflows, systems, and process improvements.

Your Key Skills

• Treasury operations and process management.

• Strong analytical and operational control mindset.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Ability to identify and mitigate operational risks.

• Process improvement and operational efficiency focus.

Your Main Qualifications

• Experience in operations and process management environments.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams and deliver results.

• Expert level of English.
