Your Role
The Junior Analyst role is a contract position based in Zurich with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, you will assist senior consultants by collecting and organizing data, preparing reports, and supporting financial and strategic analyses.
Day-to-day tasks include creating presentation materials, maintaining project documentation, and contributing to market and industry research.
The position also involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, helping to prepare client-ready deliverables, and ensuring data quality and accuracy. This role is designed for individuals looking to build a strong analytical foundation in a consulting environment while gaining exposure to AI-enabled advisory work.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid proficiency with productivity and analysis tools (e.g., Excel or Powerpoint).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize findings.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, collaborating both in person in Zurich and remotely.
- Interest in management consulting, AI-driven analysis, and business transformation projects. (Prior internship or junior experience in consulting, finance, or analysis is an advantage)
- Professional working proficiency in English and German. (Other European languages are a plus)
