Junior Automation Tester – AI-Augmented Testing Programme

We are looking for Junior Automation Testers who are eager to learn how to design, build, execute, and maintain automated tests using modern, AI-augmented testing practice. You will join our 3 month training programme, where you will learn from experienced testing professionals through structured training, practical exercises, and hands-on automation projects. What you will do: Learn the fundamentals of software testing and test automation Design test scenarios, test cases, and automation flows Build and maintain automated tests using modern testing frameworks Use AI-assisted tools to support test analysis, test generation, framework design, and troubleshooting Learn to create reusable, maintainable, and reliable automation components Work with web applications, APIs, and integrated systems Analyse test results, investigate failures, and report defects Contribute to regression, functional, integration, and end-to-end testing activities Collaborate with developers, testers, business analysts, and other project team members Apply testing standards, automation best practices, and continuous improvement principles Education University graduate with a technical, engineering, computer science, mathematics, or related specialisation. Technical foundation: Basic understanding of programming and software development concepts Basic knowledge of a programming language such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or C# Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and the DOM Basic knowledge of SQL and data validation Familiarity with REST APIs and integration concepts is a plus Basic understanding of Git or other version-control systems is a plus Previous automation testing experience is beneficial but not required What we are looking for: Strong interest in software testing and test automation Willingness to learn and use AI-augmented testing tools and practices Analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset Proactive, curious, and structured approach to learning Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into test scenarios Good written and spoken English No previous experience with a specific automation framework is required.
