At Eneric, we specialize in supplying cutting-edge industrial equipment tailored for the Aeronautics, Aerospace, Energy, and Semiconductor industries across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Our mission is to drive innovation and operational excellence by providing state-of-the-art solutions that meet the unique demands of these critical sectors.

Industries We Serve:

  • Aeronautics & Aerospace: High-precision components, advanced materials, and innovative systems to enhance performance and safety.
  • Energy: Advanced technologies for Nuclear, Oil & Gas, and renewable energy solutions, ensuring efficient and sustainable energy production.
  • Semiconductor: Leading-edge equipment and materials to support the ever-evolving demands of semiconductor manufacturing.

The Role

ENERIC is looking for a motivated, technically minded junior engineer to support business development and the preparation of technical and commercial proposals across Lebanon and the wider MEA region, covering our core sectors - Aeronautics & Aerospace, Energy (Nuclear, Oil & Gas, renewables), and Semiconductor. You will be the engine behind our growth - identifying opportunities, building the first relationships with prospective clients, and turning technical requirements into clear, competitive proposals. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for someone who wants to learn the full cycle of technical sales from the ground up, working directly with the founder.

Your Responsibilities

Prospecting & Business Development

  • Identify potential clients, projects, and relevant decision-makers across Lebanon and MEA markets.
  • Prepare targeted outreach (emails, calls) and arrange introductory meetings.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an up-to-date client and opportunity pipeline.
  • Monitor market developments, tenders, and project announcements relevant to ENERIC's offering.

Tendering & Proposal Preparation

  • Review RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents to identify technical requirements, commercial terms, and submission deadlines.
  • Analyze technical specifications and flag clarification needs or risks.
  • Draft technical and commercial proposals, compiling supporting documentation (data-sheets, compliance tables, pricing, etc.).
  • Follow up on submitted proposals, respond to client queries, and support revisions through to close.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Submit a brief daily report covering outreach activity, client responses, open opportunities, and proposal status.
  • Maintain organized records of all client interactions, proposals, and submission documents.
  • Coordinate directly with the founder on priorities, pricing, and strategic accounts.

What We're Looking For

Education & Technical Background

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, business or a related field.
  • Ability to read and understand technical specifications and translate them into clear, structured proposals.
  • Prior experience in sales, proposal preparation, or a technical/ industrial environment is an advantage but not required - junior candidates are welcome.

Computer Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM or opportunity-tracking tools is a plus.
  • Comfortable learning new software and maintaining structured digital records.

Languages

  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken) - required.
  • French is a strong plus, especially for European client interactions.

Personality & Work Style

  • Outgoing, confident communicator - comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations with strangers.
  • Resilient and persistent; not discouraged by a "no" and able to follow up consistently.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the discipline to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines at once.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative without needing close supervision.
  • Curious and eager to learn technical subject matter across diverse industries.
  • Comfortable working closely with a small, founder-led team.

Working Arrangements

  • Primarily on-site in Jbeil, with one remote working day per week.
  • Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Weekends and applicable public holidays off.

Compensation

  • Monthly fixed salary, based on profile and experience.
  • Annual performance bonus based on projects secured and agreed commercial objectives.
