About the job
Our client is a rapidly scaling, international cross-border logistics technology and B2B SaaS platform provider (100–250 employees) that seamlessly connects North American supply chains and enterprise retailers with manufacturing hubs across East Asia.
We are seeking a highly motivated, culturally agile Junior Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their growing remote commercial sales division in the United States. In this entry-level pipeline role, you will lead outbound lead generation, qualify enterprise prospects, and drive international account discovery.
Why Join Us
- 100% Remote Flexibility: Experience true work-life integration with an enterprise structured entirely around asynchronous digital collaboration across the USA.
- B2B Sales Training Academy: Master tech-sector enterprise sales methodologies (Sandler/Challenger) under the direct guidance of global account directors.
- Modern Sales Infrastructure: Build master-level operational proficiency using premier prospecting suites (Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Comprehensive Visa Sponsorship: Work with a global organization committed to international talent retention. We fully accept OPT/STEM OPT candidates and actively sponsor H-1B visas based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Outbound Pipeline Sourcing: Identify, map, and target enterprise accounts, manufacturing partners, and cross-border supply chain operations in the United States and APAC markets.
- Multi-Channel Cold Outreach: Initiate hyper-personalized outbound email sequences, LinkedIn messaging campaigns, and cold-calling initiatives to engage decision-makers (Logistics Directors, Procurement Managers, and VPs of Supply Chain).
- Meeting Generation: Secure high-quality corporate sales appointments and platform software demonstrations for the senior Account Executive team.
- CRM Data Hygiene: Maintain meticulous interaction histories, corporate metrics, and prospective client notes within Salesforce.
Qualifications
Required
- Language Mastery: Absolute professional fluency in both English and Korean (written and verbal) is an essential framework requirement to manage cross-border corporate inquiries, translate technical platform value, and pitch bilingual client networks.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, Communications, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of professional corporate sales internship, retail sales, or outbound lead generation experience. Recent graduates with highly competitive, self-motivated mindsets are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Communication Polish: Exceptional verbal articulation, active listening skills, and the confidence to hold strategic conversations with executive-level corporate stakeholders.
Preferred
- Foundational familiarity with CRM ecosystems (Salesforce or HubSpot) and outbound prospecting toolsets.
- Basic conceptual understanding of global supply chain dynamics, logistics networks, or e-commerce fulfillment frameworks.
