We are looking for a Junior Business Development Specialist for Wingie Enuygun Group's growing Business Development department. With this position, you will have the chance to take part in the team that has developed one of the most successful internet businesses in Turkey. What Makes You Special? You hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, or a related field (new graduate or 1-2 years of experience welcome)Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline. You have 0–2 years of experience in Operations, Project Coordination, Customer Success, Business Operations, or a similar field Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Detail-oriented and comfortable following structured processes, checklists, and documentation. Confident using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical processes in a simple and clear way. A problem solver who can stay calm under pressure and quickly identify the root cause of an issue. Comfortable collaborating with both business and technical teams, acting as a bridge between partners and developers. Willing to travel when needed for partner onboarding and training sessions. Fluent in Turkish and proficient in English. What Will You Do? Lead the end-to-end onboarding process of bus operators joining the Oasis IMS platform. Coordinate data collection, validate operational information, and ensure accurate system setup before launch. Execute predefined test scenarios (such as ticket sales, cancellations, and seat locking) and report the results. Deliver system training to bus operators and support their transition to the new platform. Track onboarding progress through checklists and maintain regular status updates. Monitor onboarding metrics, identify bottlenecks, and contribute ideas to continuously improve the onboarding experience. Act as the primary operational contact for bus operators after go-live, ensuring a smooth day-to-day experience. Troubleshoot operational issues, distinguish between user errors, configuration issues, and technical bugs, and resolve issues whenever possible without developer involvement. Collaborate closely with the Business Development and Engineering teams by documenting reproducible technical issues and ensuring efficient communication between all stakeholders. Capture recurring questions and feedback to improve internal documentation, training materials, and operational processes. Why Wingie Enuygun?
