Role Description The Junior Business Partner is a contract role based in Tangerang with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the individual supports business development activities, helps onboard and guide new partners, and participates in delivering financial education programs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting basic market research, assisting with client consultations, preparing presentations and reports, and maintaining accurate records of partner progress. The Junior Business Partner also helps coordinate events or workshops, follows up with prospects and partners, and collaborates with senior team members to achieve growth targets.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and communicate basic financial concepts, with a strong interest in financial education and independence.
• Skills in relationship building, client communication, and collaborative teamwork to support partners and internal stakeholders.
• Competence in organizing tasks, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports.
• Comfort with using common office software and digital tools for presentations, communication, and data tracking.
• Strong ethical standards, a growth mindset, and willingness to learn from training and coaching.
• Previous experience or education in business, finance, economics, or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement based in Tangerang, with reliable internet access for remote work.
