Join our team as a Junior Campaign Manager supporting Microsoft Advertising accounts, with strong exposure to digital advertising, ad operations, and performance marketing in a fast-growing AdTech environment based in Seoul. What You Will Do Support the onboarding of new advertisers and agencies to Microsoft Advertising and help ensure a smooth transition into ongoing account management. Support advertisers and agencies with day-to-day account and campaign operational inquiries, providing clear and timely guidance. Assist in troubleshooting technical, product, and policy-related issues that arise during account and campaign operations. Support issue follow-up and escalation with Microsoft Support and relevant internal teams, and help track issues through to resolution. As experience grows, support campaign optimization, performance analysis, and scaling opportunities in collaboration with the Client Partner and other team members. What We Are Looking For Required: At least 1 year of experience in digital advertising or digital marketing, with hands-on exposure to campaign operations at an advertising agency, in-house marketing team, media rep, AdTech company, or similar environment. Basic understanding of digital advertising, including paid search / SEM, and hands-on experience managing campaigns on a self-serve advertising platform. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to understand and communicate effectively with advertisers, agencies, and internal teams. Detail-oriented and responsible, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, reliable follow-through, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing environment. Business-level English proficiency, with the ability to participate in calls and communicate with international teams. Preferred: Hands-on experience with search / performance advertising platforms such as Microsoft Advertising or Google Ads. Experience communicating directly with advertisers and/or agencies. Experience with campaign optimization, performance analysis, tracking, or troubleshooting advertising platform issues. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing campaign and client needs.
