Junior Client Service Agent

We are looking for a Superhero, a Junior Client Service Agent (temporary), who will support our Client Experience Team for a few weeks from 19th of October 2026 until 29th of January 2027, however, possible extension of the contract depending on our needs, fully remote (mandate contract).

Your mission will be to ensure our clients receive top-notch service and assistance. Become a key player in delivering an unforgettable customer experience with us!

What will you do?

• resolving customers’ requests and responding to their questions
• processing complaints and returns
• delivering high-quality standard service
• providing information about the products

General expectations:

• good English, written and spoken (B2 is a minimum)
• very good Polish (min. B2)
• good communication and organizational skills
• strong attention to detail and accuracy
• having an interest in helping people, being a tactful and polite person
• being a smart user of MS Office/Google Suite products
• a collaborative team player
• broadband connection or at least high-speed internet (this is a fully remote position)
• internet connection must be good enough for video calls
• based in Poland
• first four weeks of working hours are 8 am - 4 pm for the purpose of training
• shifts 3 pm - 11 pm, no split shifts
• availability of at least 120 hours monthly (weekends and bank holidays included)
• optional experience in customer service
