TrueVows is an Irish Christian dating and matchmaking startup helping Christians build meaningful, faith-centred relationships with the purpose of marriage.

We’re growing our presence in Ireland and the UK and looking for creative people who understand local audiences, enjoy social media and want to help shape how our brand connects with Christian singles.

The opportunity

We’re looking for a Junior Content Creator to create engaging TikTok videos, Instagram Reels and other social content for audiences in Ireland and/or the UK.

You don’t need a marketing degree, professional experience or an established following. We’re interested in your creativity, your understanding of social media and the ideas you could bring to TrueVows.

You’ll collaborate with our Head of Marketing and international marketing team. We’ll share campaign briefs, messaging and concepts, with room for you to suggest your own approaches and formats.

What you’ll do

• Create and edit short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Turn campaign concepts into authentic, relatable content.
• Explore topics such as intentional dating, shared values, faith and relationships.
• Adapt content to Irish or UK audiences through relevant language, humour and cultural references.
• Identify trends that suit our audience and brand.
• Pitch ideas and use audience feedback to improve future content.

Who we’re looking for

You could be a good fit if you:

• Are based in Ireland or the UK and understand one or both markets.
• Enjoy TikTok, Instagram and creating digital content.
• Are comfortable filming content and/or appearing on camera.
• Understand Christian audiences and can communicate respectfully about faith and relationships.
• Can work independently and communicate reliably.
• Want to build your portfolio through a practical creative collaboration.

Students, recent graduates, self-taught creators and people exploring content creation are welcome.

Compensation

This opportunity offers performance-based compensation through an agreed commission or revenue-sharing arrangement.

Before you commit, we’ll explain and agree in writing how results are attributed, how compensation is calculated and when payments are made. You’ll have the opportunity to review the full terms before deciding whether the arrangement suits you.
