JUNIOR CONTRACTS SPECIALIST (Contingent Hiring)
Work Location: Washington, D.C. region / Atlantic City region / Oklahoma City region
INCATech is in search of Junior Contracts Specialist to support an FAA project in one of the three aforementioned regions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in reviewing acquisition packages for completeness
Support development of solicitation documents using templates
Conduct market research and compile findings
Assist in preparing IGCEs and procurement documentation
Support price analysis activities (data collection, comparisons)
Track contract modifications, funding, and performance
Maintain contract systems and files
Assist with invoice review and closeout documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Related Experience
At least 1 year of recent experience in procurement or contracting (1102 or equivalent).
Bachelor’s degree.
Proficiency with PRISM, FPDS, and Delphi.
Strong ability to conduct price/cost analysis, prepare solicitation and award documentation, manage modifications, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
