JUNIOR CONTROLLER (m/w/d)

What will you be responsible for?

• Support in daily deviation analysis of sales & margin statistics (flag raising).
• Follow up on pricing initiatives and preparation of action points.
• Admin support for several legal entities (document check and support in pre-accounting for accounting company).
• Support in monthly reporting routines: check-up on cost reporting, communication with local accounting companies and regional distribution Hub.
• Budgeting: support in handling mass data, preparing templates for Country Directors and Key Account Managers.
• Support in data collection for project controlling/customer assessments.
• Prepare and maintain monthly financial reports, and financial forecasts incl. support in deviation analysis.
• Support annual audits (internal and external) and periodical statutory and tax filing for legal entities in the scope of responsibility.
• Monitor cash management and treasury duties.

• For our Junior Controller position, we would like to offer an OTE (basic salary + bonus) package ranging from €37,500 to €53,000 annually, depending on experience, analytical capabilities, industry knowledge, and expected contribution to the company’s growth.

So, who are you?

We employ people from all walks of life and with a wide range of work experience. To succeed in this role, we are looking for the following skills and experience:

• 1–3 years of work experience in a Finance or Accounting department or in a similar role.
• Driven and curious person wanting to learn - articulate
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting / Fin software
• Exposure to ERP systems
• Understanding of business bookkeeping procedures
• Knowledge of controlling / accounting regulations
• Excellent attention to detail
• Time-management abilities
• Confidentiality
• Batchelor's degree – or the equivalent in experience with a high interest in finance
• Additional certification is a plus
• Languages: Business-fluent English (C1); German is strongly preferred (B2)
