Junior Corporate Relationship Manager (f/m/x)

The European Society of Radiology (ESR) is a non-political and non-profit organisation dedicated to strengthening and uniting European Radiology. With more than 149,000 members worldwide, it has become the largest radiological society that organises one of the most innovative scientific congresses in this field, the European Congress of Radiology (ECR), in Vienna.

We are looking for a committed full-time team member (38.5 hours) to support our Industry Relations team.

• Manage the end-to-end exhibition and sponsorship lifecycle, from initial enquiry and booking through to event delivery and post-event follow-up
• Drive the sales of exhibition spaces, sponsorship packages, advertising opportunities and additional promotional services, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with industry partners, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and supporting continued commercial engagement
• Plan and coordinate industry symposia, workshops and online seminars (including programme scheduling, speaker coordination, agreements, technical requirements and digital platform management)
• Support the planning and execution of industry exhibitions at ECR and other national/international congresses, including venue visits and on-site event management
• Collaborate with venues, contractors and service providers on exhibition logistics and on-site services (including booth construction, furniture, electricity, cleaning and other exhibitor requirements)
• Maintain accurate booking and project documentation to ensure that contracts, services, deadlines and deliverables are managed effectively

• Excellent English language skills (at least C1) - additional languages are a plus
• Professional experience in the field of congress/event organisation and/or company relationship management is a benefit
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Technical understanding
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently
• Strong organisational skills
• Stress resistance and resilience
• Willingness to travel (within Europe)

The monthly gross salary for this job vacancy is at least € 2,500 for 38.5h (14 times per year). The final salary depends on your relevant experience and qualifications and can be negotiated.
