We're looking for a Junior Creative Marketing Manager to join Aligned — a subscription-based AI Coach with a proprietary fusion coaching model that helps people hit personal and professional goals faster, with 24/7 assistance and accountability. Built by team members behind such iconic products as Amazon, Tumblr, and WordPress. Loved by users from PwC, Google, and Meta. You will play a vital role in growing the product’s presence in Tier 1 markets. You will turn audience psychology into effective ad concepts and copy, conduct thorough testing, and oversee the entire creative process of your dedicated area. Your qualities and skills that will be valued: You’re passionate about creativity and data and eager to grow in performance marketing You enjoy working with experiments, A/B tests, and analytics as much as generating creative ideas You’re ready to quickly understand key marketing metrics (CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CPA, CVR, spend) and learn how they influence creative decisions You’re curious about target audiences and know how to turn insights into effective creatives You’re detail-oriented, willing to learn, and ready to write clear briefs and collaborate with designers and motion teams English level: B2+ Your additional advantages: Any evidence of your creative thinking works — a portfolio, past test tasks, or personal projects you've made on your own Experience with Meta or TikTok creatives, including basic Meta Ads Manager understanding Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Canva, Figma, or Notion/ClickUp Comfort using AI tools for creative research and production, such as Higgsfield or ElevenLabs. Interest or background in psychology, coaching, wellness, education Your responsibilities will include: Researching audience pains, desires, objections, and competitor ads Supporting the team in generating creative concepts for Meta, TikTok, Google, and Applovin Writing hooks, scripts, statics, and UGC briefs under guidance from the creative team Preparing references for designers, editors, and creators Helping organize and contribute to creative production meetings Reviewing performance results together with the team and helping shape next steps Assisting with incremental iterations on existing creatives and contributing ideas for new concepts Helping maintain a shared creative learning library Supporting a consistent, week-to-week creative output as part of the team What we offer: Office/hybrid/remote work format Freedom to build.
